SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bommgachi. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

LOCAL PICK UP
*FREE LOCAL PICK UP：
Locate in Yonge and Eglington, Toronto (Usually ready in 2 - 4 days)

Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order:)

DOMESTIC SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Our processing and shipment time is 1-2 business days depends on the products. 

The estimated delivery time is approximately 1-7 business days from time of shipment depends on distance.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we may contact you via email. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number confirmation email will be sent out.

Each item is 100% handmade and designed by Bommgachi. Items may differ slightly.
If we run out of stock on the website, we have to make a new product. It usually takes two weeks to make and 1 week to ship to Toronto from Korea.
We will do our best to deliver fast and we are deeply grateful for your understanding and patience.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If an order has been marked as delivered, we have no control over its whereabouts and you will need to contact the courier directly with any questions or concerns you may have.

If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, please email bommgachi@gmail.com and we will resend the email.
