REFUND POLICY

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To request a return, please email bommgachi@gmail.com with your order number, name, and the item you'd like to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


INCORRECT ORDERS / DAMAGED ITEMS

We apologize if you received an incorrect order.

If you receive damaged goods or the wrong items, please email bommgachi@gmail.com with the order number and name so we can resolve your situation quickly and smoothly. we will help take care of any issues immediately.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- DISCOUNTED ORDERS
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds for items purchased during Sale or Promotions. All discounted sales are final.

-To be approved for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must not be used
  • In its original condition/packaging


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email bommgachi@gmail.com.


ORDERS WITH INCORRECT / INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Orders are fulfilled with the exact shipping address provided during checkout. Please be sure to review that all necessary parts of the shipping address, such as house/apartment number, are included with the order.

Shipments with incorrect / incomplete shipping addresses that are returned to our Return Mailbox will be issued as a return. Please note that it may take longer for the package to go back through the courier system than the time it takes to send out.

If an order has been fulfilled to an incorrect but existing address, please make sure to reach out to the corresponding shipping company with your tracking number to request it be retrieved from the address the order was delivered.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Bommgachi is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.

DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES
Duties and taxes are not included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
